Cancellation Policy
How to cancel or change an order.
Cancelling before dispatch
You may cancel your order for a full refund within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched.
To cancel, email customer@marrake.in with your order number and the subject line "Cancel Order", or message us on WhatsApp at +91 70122 66996. We will confirm the cancellation by email. Please do not treat an order as cancelled until you have received that confirmation, as orders move quickly through our warehouse.
Once your order has been dispatched
Orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch. If you no longer want the order, you may refuse delivery when the courier arrives.
The parcel will be returned to us, and we will refund the product value in full to your original payment method. The delivery charge paid on the order, if any, is not refunded. You will not be charged for the cost of returning the parcel to us.
Please do not accept the parcel and then ask to cancel. Once delivered, our Replacements & Refunds Policy applies, and opened cosmetics cannot be returned.
Changing an order
We can change a delivery address, correct a phone number, or amend the items in an order before dispatch, subject to stock availability and any difference in price. Write to us as soon as you can. After dispatch, no changes are possible.
When we may cancel an order
We reserve the right to cancel an order, in whole or in part, and refund you in full, where:
- The product is out of stock or has been withdrawn
- There has been a pricing, listing or product description error
- The delivery address falls outside our serviceable network
- We suspect fraudulent or abusive activity, or ordering for commercial resale
- A Cash on Delivery order cannot be confirmed with you, or exceeds our COD limit
- We are unable to reach you to confirm order details
Where this happens we will tell you by email and refund you in full. We will not be liable for any further loss beyond the amount you paid for that order.
Refund timelines
Cancellation refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of the cancellation being confirmed. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 business days to post the credit. Cash on Delivery orders cancelled before dispatch are simply not charged, as no payment has been taken.
